The service

These terms govern the TipHaven iOS app and tiphaven.app. TipHaven is provided by Kenneth Marcel S De Geest, an autónomo established in Spain. Contact support@tiphaven.app.

TipHaven is a personal shift and earnings record. You are responsible for the information you enter and any backups you need. TipHaven is not an employer record, payroll system, tax service, accounting service, or source of legal or financial advice. Verify important figures against official records and professional advice.

Eligibility and acceptable use

Use TipHaven only in compliance with applicable law and Apple’s rules. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass security, reverse engineer it where prohibited, or use the website to transmit unlawful, harmful, or abusive material.

Local data and backups

Shift records are stored on your device. Device loss, damage, deletion, software failure, or an unsuccessful backup may cause data loss. Restore Purchase restores an eligible purchase entitlement; it does not restore shift records. You are responsible for safely storing exports and backups.

Subscriptions

TipHaven is available through auto-renewable monthly and annual subscriptions. The price Apple shows at purchase applies. Eligible users may receive an introductory trial displayed by Apple.

Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge for renewal within 24 hours before that time. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Apple handles refund requests according to applicable law and policy.

Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app.

Intellectual property

TipHaven, its design, text, software, and branding are owned by the provider or used with permission and protected by applicable law. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service; ownership is not transferred.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of TipHaven. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may depend on your device, iOS version, region, Apple services, and internet access.

Responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, TipHaven is provided without additional warranties and the provider is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, lost earnings, or decisions made from user-entered data. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.

Termination and governing terms

You may stop using TipHaven at any time. We may restrict use where reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, security risks, or serious breaches. Subscription cancellation is handled separately through Apple.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain without removing mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring claims elsewhere where applicable law provides them. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest continue to apply.
